That intoxicating feeling; Loving and being loved. Not many sensations can beat that, if you ask me. It's a total and complete rollercoaster of feelings.

It's like being hurled into the air; almost hitting a bus; falling arms widespread off a big oak tree; dozens of roses blooming in a second; sprinting in the wind; feeling wave-crashes; a infant's birth; the sparkle of a red ruby; the sentiments a sunset evokes; the freshness of newly-shampooed hair; hearing my favourite song on the radio; sailing through a storm; a baby's sleepy smile; the chill of water against body heat; perfect shoes; my favourite purple blanket; sugar rushes; snug jeans; performing on stage; a first kiss; exhilarance.

That's what it's like. For me, at least.

I miss you, Jay. :(

Back!

I'm still full from last night's dinner. Ok, lemme list what I had.

- Wild Mushroom Soup
- Penne or Fettucini Carbonara
- Crabstick thingamies
- A quarter serving of Claypot Rice
- A quarter serving of Penang Fried Rice
- A teeny bit of Rojak
- A glass of Virgin Colada
- Tiramisu

No wonder I feel like the marshmallow-man from Ghost Busters.

It's worth it though! Of everything, I loved the carbonara best, cos it was sooooooo cheesy and rich with bacon strips. YUUMMMM. The virgin colada was pretty ok... it's a mocktail of pineapple juice and bits with coconut milk, of which there wasn't enough, else I wld have reeeally enjoyed the drink. Oh well. Mmm..maybe I shld try making it to my liking at home. And the tiramisu was nice...a bit on the dry side, but tasty.

The claypot rice was marvellous! It had huge prawns and mushrooms and all and it was DELICIOUS. I wish I'd ordered that instead. Mmm...*recollects the scrumptiousness of the carbonara* On second thought, nope.

The rest was ok lah. The soup was thick an peppery, just the way I like it. The fried rice was not bad. Nothing fantastic. And I'm not a fan of rojak. Especially not of chinese rojak. I think it sucks.

Disclaimer: I don't do racial discrimination(most of the time) and so shldn't you.

Mmmm.

Guess what? I'm actually kinda hungry now. I'm full, yet I'm hungry.

Fettucini... oh, Fettucini... where art thou, Fettucini?

Am off to Malaysia till late tonight, so if any of you feel like holding an sms convo or worse, a phone convo with me, don't even think abt it.

:-p

Oh, I'm wearing the butterfly clips Jay got me. I almost nvr use clips to hold my hair back cos I've foolishly been thinking I'd look too childish. But now I'm feeling so girly, I love them!!

My hair looks untidy, I know. It always does! *grumbles*

See you tmr, babies!
I don't know what I'm doing. Not surprising tho, cos that's standard behaviour for me; it's become a pattern. I'm not referring to any specific part of my life; I'm referring to everything.

I'm busy without being busy.

Now what the hell does that mean?

WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING WITH MYSELF?

Nothing.

I have no life.

Oh well, I can still catch The Nanny and Bewitched in the evenings. And Simpsons, sometimes. Oh, and Who's The Boss.

I've said it a few times before, but it bears repeating.

I have no life.

P.S: Ragani, I miss you. :(

Happy Valentine's Day! :)

Yesterday was maaaad.

I was bringing my malaysian cousin of sorts arnd Orchard, helping her find places that the walk-in interviews she saw advertised in the papers were being held. She's such a sweet person, and so easy to talk to, so I didn't mind the least bit. I was in a complete hurry to leave, tho. Cos I needed to get home, do Jay's card, Ragani's butterfly bookmark AND wrap Ragani's 'present', AND wash up and change. And I had to be at the airport at 7 cos Ragani had to fly off 8.45.

So, I reached home at 6(I was already late, Jay was waiting for me at White Sands), did all the above-mentioned stuff(thank god I had good material ready to work with), hurriedly slapped on some make-up and left at 7 to flag down a cab, pick J up on the way, and FINALLY reach the airport.

*inhales, and exhales sloooowly*

Jay looked marvellous in his long-sleeved collared top. I love it! Wear it more!! And buy it in red!!!

Y'know, I can't believe Ragani's gone. I didn't feel like crying then, but now, I do. She told me yesterday that it still hadn't hit her that she's gonna be gone for long and all and I was nodding away cos I understood what she meant. But I didn't know I was somewhat in the same boat as her cos it hadn't hit me that she's left, until this morning. I nvr met her enough...twice or thrice a yr tops. And it's mostly cos I was busy. Thinking abt it now, it's weird how I, who doesn't do anything really constructive, cld possibly be too busy to meet a friend like her.

Sigh.

Oh well, I'm looking forward to when she comes back during the hols. Ragani, if you're reading this, please take care and cheer up! You're a very adaptable person; you'll make do with what and who you got. You'll be happier soon, you'll see! =) I love you, and there's no way I'm gonna forget your birthday(this time arnd). :-p

Sigh.

=(

Oh well...on a lighter note, Jay made me a card. =)

I love you, sweetheart. :-D

Oh, oh, I shall end this post with some pics of baby. They were taken this morning.

I found a lone Kit Kat Chunky in my freezer!

JOYjoyJOYjoyJOYjoyJOYjoyJOYjoyJOYjoyJOY!!!

And guess what else? I found a huge chocolate rumball in my fridge!

JOYjoyJOYjoyJOYjoyJOYjoyJOYjoyJOYjoyJOY!!!

Ahem.

Bored.
I was with Jay for 10 hours yesterday!

Ok, you guys don't care, I know. :-p

Aaaanyways I met him after his exam at the airport at 11am to have my brunch and his lunch at Popeye's. I absolutely love their whipped potatoes. The gravy is marvy(hey, that rhymes!) cos it's got garlic and chicken pieces and other spices. VERY nice. And if you have it with their buttermilk biscuit, you're gonna be one satisfied camper, especially if you're the sort who eats light. I don't normally eat light, but I've not been having my usual healthy appetite the past few days. My mom's freaked.

We then made our way to Bugis to meet Jay's friend to pass him some application forms cos he's interested in being a licensed aircraft engineer too and wants to join SASCO. So after the boring stuff, Bugis Village was next, to get Jay new jeans. The jeans there are cheap man! When I start earning(whenever the hell that will be) I'm gonna get myself jeans from there! Mmm...I need three-quarter ones cos my old one's so tight, it makes my tummy look detached from my legs. Oh, as I was saying, I chose a pair of jeans for him and he tried them on, and they looked great on him. :-D They did make his ass look smaller though, which I'm not very happy abt, but the jeans aren't zip-up ones; they've got buttons, so I shall pacify myself with that fact. :-p

He got me earrings! 3 earrings, actually. I LOVE them. They're all bronzish and dangly, one my favourite kinds. Oh, and the pair that he chose which is his favourite, happens to be my mom's favourite too, and Shamin's AND Nan's too, if I'm not wrong. I immediately got Jay to choose a pair for me to wear on the spot, and wore it(duh)! I loved how I looked in it and so did he! YAY!! *does the jiggy*

Ok...I shall try keep my reactions under control. I scare myself sometimes by being more bimbotic than I aready am, if that's even possible.

Off to Orchard we went to meet Nan and Shamin, of which the latter arrived first at the Popular bookstore just as Jay (finally) found a book to get his sister. It was good seeing you again, Shamu! :-D Ooo, and nice jacket.

Nan arrived later, looking prettier than usual in a skirt and blouse and (gasp) make-up. She says she's started wearing make-up quite recently and I'm partly to blame. Another convert! Yay!

We shared a fondae at Haagen-Dazs, which was on Jay(yay! :-p). Lovely lovely chocolate. And bananas. And everything else. YUMM.

The fondae!

Nan, on the way to having an orgasm. The big brown blob at the side is Shamin's finger.

Jay, being temporarily more interested Shamin's iPod.

Me, being temporarily more interested in snorting.

Nan and Shamin really bullied the waiter by asking for this and that and this AND that. And they had the cheek to apologise for disturbing him. *rolls eyes* Oh, a fly fell into the strawberry sauce and I still took a dip. I am soooo brave, aren't I? *beams away goofily*

Afrer gorging ourselves, we looked arnd Sheer Romance at Far East Plaza. That's where Nan-backside and I got our bikinis together, and the salesgirl actually rmbred us! She took one look at us and started giggling. We spent abt an hour at the store that time, and Nan kept walkin abt the whole store in a bikini. Nuff said. This time arnd, Jay and I were looking at lingerie hand in hand, and chatting away, seeing which Shamin immediately assumed he was getting excited. *rolls eyes, then coughs*

Image hosting by Photobucket
I like this pic!

This blog post is turning out to be so long...and I'm having a headache. Oh well, I shall finish it up.

City Hall was next cos Jay wanted to buy his Simpsons DVD at Grammaphone, where it is VERY much cheaper, compared to how much they sell it for at HMV. Before that though, we walked arnd the CityLink area, and Nan got me earrings! She too! Weird huh? The Day Of Gifts. Not that I mind. :-D Oh, and Jay got me pretty butterfly clips(he's such a sweetheart, I tell you)!

Image hosting by Photobucket
Sham and me at CityLink. *audience go 'awwww...'*

Nan and me. *audience go 'awwww....' again*

Later, we had a drink and some fries and shrimp at Long John's. It was my first time trying the shrimp there, and I liked it! Next time I go to Long John's, I'm getting shrimp.

Image hosting by Photobucket
She's giving me a 'wtf..' look. Can't rmbr why though.

Image hosting by Photobucket
She's giving me a 'don't you even dare think abt it' look. Didn't work. Wahaha!

We then went different ways; Nan to her friend's house, Sham to meet a friend, and Jay and me to Pasir Ris, where his family was at a chalet, and where I live, ofcos.

As usual, Jay, I miss you. And I want more.

:(

Can't seem to be able to tag! On my own tagboard!

BAH.

Any suggestions?

It's amazing how humans are built. Especially the body of a woman, it's just amazing. Ok, I'm not being a pervert here but really, think abt it. The female is structured in such a way that makes child-bearing and rearing possible and relatively easy. The curve of her hips for resting a child on; the cushion of breasts to comfort with, and not to mention feed with; and ofcos, a womb to house a growing foetus; etc. Women are born with such gifts in them and it's so awe-inspiring! At least, it is to me.

So when I'm menstruating and am suffering, I just tell myself that I have to go thru it, if I want to be a mother at all. Doesn't make me feel instantaneously btr, but it does keep me from ripping my insides out.

I can't wait to have children! Thinking abt it alone makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. Lame, I know!

I want to have a daughter and a son... maybe another of any sex too. 3's a perfect number, I think. Oh my. My biological clock is ticking big-time. Ticking a bit too loud too.

But I can't help it, really. My relatively near future is planned out and though I'm still trying to implement the initial part of my very first sub-plan, I'm believing it will go well. And having in mind the iron-jawed prospect of getting married within the next 4 years has only given me more reason to day-dream(it's not like I ever needed a reason in the first place). And day-dream I do, intensely might I add, abt newly-wed bliss, and the comfort and utter contentment of being with Jay everyday, and everything else that I'm hoping for. And then I dream abt what comes after that, which hopefully wld be children; big, growing tummy; painting the nursery; little feet, hands and nose; milk powder and baby powder; bliss. That's all I've dreamt till, tho. But trust me, that's already alot to keep a veteran dreamer such a yours truly very busy. Now if only the afore-mentioned veteran's mother wld cease being such a vocalised distraction(as it is the case now), more dreaming can be accomplised.

Oh well.

Mom's screaming. Gtg.

Miss you, Jay. :(

OMG.

I'm gonna see Jay today!!!!!!

*prances about happily*

My tummy aches. 3rd day of my period and my tummy still aches. It's usually gone in a day but this pain's staying, weirdly. And needless to say, it sucks. It's like being 13 all over again. Sigh.

Oh well, I'm so happy abt meeting Jay, the pain's almost negligable!

Almost.

Ouch. =(

A Mom comes to visit her son Kumar for dinner... who
lives with a girl roommate Sunita.

During the course of the meal, his mother couldn't
help but notice how pretty Kumar's roommate was. She
had long been suspicious of a relationship between the
two, and this had only made her more curious. Over the
course of the evening, while watching the two
interact, she started to wonder if there was more
between Kumar and his roommate than met the eye.
Reading his mom's thoughts, Kumar volunteered, "I know
what you must be thinking, but I assure you, Sunita
and I are just roommates."

About a week later, Sunita came to Kumar saying, "Ever
since your mother came to dinner, I've been unable to
find the silver chutney jar. You don't suppose she
took it, do you?" Kumar said, “Well, I doubt it,
but
I'll email her, just to be sure."

So he sat down and wrote:

Dear Mother:

I'm not saying that you 'did' take the chutney jar
from my house, I'm not saying that you 'did not' take
the chutney jar. But the fact remains that it has been
missing ever since you were here for dinner.

Love, Kumar

Several days later, Kumar received an email from his
Mother, which read

Dear Son:

I'm not saying that you 'do' sleep with Sunita, and
I'm not saying that you do not' sleep with Sunita. But
the fact remains that if she were sleeping in her OWN
bed, she would have found the chutney jar by now under
the pillow...

Love,

Mom.

Lesson of the day: Don't Lie to Your Mother

How true...how true.
Kamal sent me this email. HAHAHAHHA!

Four friends reunited at a party after 30 years. After a few laughs
and drinks, one of them had to go to the rest room. The ones who
stayed behind began to talk bout their kids and their successes.
The first guy says: I am very proud of my son, he is my pride and
joy. He started working at a very successful company at the bottom of
the barrel. He studied Economics and Business Administration soon he
was promoted and began to climb the corporate ladder becoming the
General Manager and now he is the president of the company. He became
so rich that he gave his best friend a top of the line Mercedes Benz
for his birthday.

The second guy says: Da! mn, that's terrific!! My son is also my
pride and joy, I am very proud of him. He started working at a
traveling agency for a very big airline. He went to flight school to
become a pilot and also manage to become a partner in the company
where he now owns the majority of the assets. He became so rich that
he gave his best friend a brand new jet for his birthday.

The third guy says: Well, well, well congratulations!! My son is also
my pride and joy and he is also very rich. He studied in the best
universities and became an Engineer. He started his own construction
company and became very successful and a multimillionaire. He also
gave away some thing very nice and expensive to his best friend for
his birthday. He built a 30,000 sq ft mansion specially for his
friend.

The three friends congratulated each other mutually for the successes
of theirs sons. The forth friend who earlier had gone to restroom
returned and asked: What'! s going on, what are all the
congratulations for? One of the three said: We were talking about the
pride we feel for the successes of our sons.

And then he asked, What about your son?

The forth man replied: My son is Gay and he makes a living dancing as
a stripper at a nightclub.

The three friends said: What a shame that must be, that is horrible,
what a disappointment you must feel.

The forth man replied: No, I am not ashamed. Not at all. He is my son
and I love him just as well, he is my pride and joy. And he is very
lucky too. Did you know that his birthday just passed and the other
day he received a beautiful 30,000 sq ft mansion, a brand new jet and
a top of the line Mercedes Benz from his three boyfriends.

He's back. :-D

But I won't be meeting him till a few days later. Sigh. Oh well.

*sniffles alot, then moves on*

I did a few sketches some time back and my brother-in-law saw them, and was a little shocked by their standard. And by that I don't mean my work was bad, it was alrite, and he was shocked by the not-bad-ness. If you ask me, that's a whole other insult by itself. *rolls eyes*

That reminds me of that time when my family was visiting my Malaysian relatives...a year or so ago. My aunt(I think she's my aunt...or maybe she's a cousin-in-law of sorts) had made some black tea for us, and it tasted very marvy. It was a bit on the lighter side, which left no space for the sometimes unpleasant after-taste you get on your tongue when you drink strongish black tea, and it was sweetened to perfection. The perfect teh-o.

Ok, I know that's a lot to say abt teh-o, but really, it was good! I had 3 cups!!

So, anyways, everybody had the same sentiments, and we asked her what tea she used, to which she did not have an answer, as she doesn't know how to read english(that set of uncles/male cousins usually marry girls from india, mostly from villages). So we asked arnd and nobody new, cos they usually immediately transfer the tea-bags to air-tight containers. So we all went 'Hmmm...' and decided to wait for my favourite uncle who lives there too, my mom's cousin(ah, they're all my aunts and uncles, then!), to ask him what the damned tea was.

He came back, and he cld not for the life of him rmbr what tea he bought that month.

*rolls eyes*

He said he'd rmbr if he saw it, tho, and promised us a box of it.

A few weeks later, he visits us, bringing along with him a box of Lipton tea.

To say that my reaction was one big 'WTF!!!' wld qualify as a complete understatement.

Some of you shld know that I gravitate towards ceylon tea, as I think it is infinitely btr-tasting...in all ways. And I've nvr really been a fan of Lipton; the taste is ok...but it lacks relish...I find absolutely no oomph in it. But now that I've had Lipton tea prepared in a different and pleasing form, I'm now thinking, 'Wah, not bah ah?'

So, herein, I shall reveal the moral of the frikkin long story of the Lipton Tea Freak-Out Of Sorts.

Crap...what's the moral again?

Jay's at a camp in Pulau Ubin. =(

Today's his 2nd day. =(

He'll be back Friday night. =(

I won't be able to see him on Saturday, so it's gotta be next week.

:,(

I miss that stupid man so much! I want to be able to call and disturb him whenever I feel like it. But I can't. :-(

The reception is frikkin bad at that island! Bah.

Well at least I got to hear his lovely sleepy voice last night.

Sigh.

I miss your sleepy eyes. :(

New song!

I cldn't get a clearer version, sadly. And if you listen closely, some parts seem too abrupt. This is a lousy version and it's the best I cld get, can you believe that? Oh well. I love this song.
