I honestly need new jeans. It's soooo hard to find the perfect pair. Oh. I was browsing through stuff at Fox at Plaza Singapura the other day, and realised that the size that's stated on the garments have NO LINK to the actual size of the body that's to fit into it. I tried getting into 36 - 38 inch jeans, but the pair was enough for only 1 leg to comfortably fit. Unless there's some new fad coming out where you go around with one stylishly dressed leg, I see no sense in it. And it's not cos of my heavy thighs (yes, you shld know that by now, so I shan't bother being shy) cos those jeans most definitely wouldn't have fit my surprisingly-not-very-fleshy hips either. Also, most of the jeans I got before my recent weight loss were 36-39 inches. All measurements are in inches, so really, what the hell? Maybe Fox uses a measuring tape model done by the Smurfs or perhaps Thumbelina.
Seeing Jay at Tampines later. I wanna go back home with a new pair of jeans. Wish me luck!

Would you believe, that I share the same birthday as Criss Angel, the mind freak guy? And some porn star named Tiffany Towers. Also, Princess Marie-Thérèse-Charlotte, eldest child of Marie Antoinette and Louis XVI (d. 1851). The more regular ppl (I suppose) will be Alyssa Milano and Jake Gyllenhaal. How exciting.

My sister's called Jay and I over to her place for some of her much-loved (by me!) african chicken stew. *floats at the thought of thick, nutty gravy* Sure hope it's still on though. She just called to say that she MIGHT be going to the doctor's in the evening cos her eyelid's giving her problems, again. Don't know what's with us sisters and eye problems. Mine's my right (sometimes itchy and bumpy) eyeball, and her's her right (sometimes swelling) eyelid. Both conditions aren't pretty.
My third sister's lips get swollen once every few years, which is when I always have a complete blast imitating and irritating her. The first sister used to have problems with her nose, but after surgery, it's been fine so far, except her nose now slightly but quite obviously slants to the left...or right. Oh oh, the second sister, the one with the unfortunate eyelid, had to have a nose operation done too, but instead of slanting to some direction, her nose's just gotten bigger. Poor thing. There is no way I'm putting myself through nasal surgery unless my life reeeeaally depends on it.
I want african chicken stew!
