My flooble chatterbox isn't working! This stupid 'Bad id' message kept appearing for more than an hour, and I am now left with no choice but to use a brand new chatterbox. Baaaaaah. Sooo irritating! Oh well. Feels weird looking at all that empty space. Help me fill it up, ppl! *urges everyone and wags tail*

Bah, can't concentrate on blogging. My cousin's holding an sms convo with me, and she's a bloody fast sms-er. It's like, I finish sending her a msg, and I try rmbr what I wanted to write, and once I manage to get it, the phone vibrates. *rolls eyes* What she's gotta say is interesting, though. She's meeting this guy whose eye she caught online, and has been speaking to for a bit. Here's how the sms convo went:

Her: I saw dat fucker already.
Me : Oook...so how? Doesn't sound too good. Haha
Her: U call now.

As you can see, she isn't the most polite of ppl. Anyways, I called her up and she was trying to get across as much as she cld, in Malayalam, ofcos. Mmm...hope she made sure he cldn't understand Malayalam. But even if he understood, it wldn't be that bad, cos she didn't have bad stuff to say(except for the occasional 'bloody fucker', which, considering her extensive vocabulary, is quite a complimentary classification). I asked her to rate him, on the scale of 1 to 10(10 being the best, ofcos), and she gave him an 8! Now that's something, cos she's got really high standards, so to speak. I went "Ooooo..." and did an eyebrow-wiggle(which she most definitely wldn't have caught) and urged her to hang up and talk to him. She's reeeeally nervous, I tell ya. I shld know! I met Jay the same way...sorta. Man, was I shaking. I blamed it on Starbucks' air-conditioning, though. Jay lent me his windbreaker, and we thumb-wrestled. Sigh...I love thinking abt that evening. Yeah yeah, I know, I shan't continue! I know you guys must be gagging by now.

I might sound all happified and whooppee-ish now but to tell the truth, I'm quite far from it. See, a close friend had revealed to me something last night, something I'd rather not know. I can do something abt it, but I don't want to...cos doing it'll be a huge mistake on my part. I may have done it before, but this time, it'd be different. Almost like messing up fate, y'know? And no matter what anyone tells me, I know it'd be messing up fate, cos I know what's mine. And I'm pretty clear on what's not. That's not, and this is. Guess there's just some healing to be done. By the way, I'm sworn to secrecy, which's a good thing.

Lunch's ready. See you soon, my good ppl. =)

My hair looks absolutely gorgeous now. Really. It looks like a black-haired version of the lovely mane of that blond lawyer in Ally Mcbeal. Her name's...Portia De Rossi, if I'm not wrong. Yeah, I am NOT joking. It looks so friggin beautiful, straight at the beginning, and it slowly curls as it nears the bottom. And my hair isn't big now, not at all. It's an absolutely perfect and stunning tumble of curls. Beats me how it got that way. And guess what? I've been staying home all day.

Talk about absolute USELESSNESS!!!

Mmm...maybe if I stay reaaaal still, it won't change.

*stays reaaaal still*

Quotable Quote

This is what Madhu, who's gonna be 3, said a few days ago:

You know the importance of the equipment? It's a masterpiece. You know the importance?

I almost dropped off my chair.

Quotable Convo

Exactly a year ago;

J : *sighs happily and asks in the sweetest, most romantic way* Where have you been all this while?
Me: Umm...*gets all shy and flustered* Down the rubbish shoot?

I was putting on make-up this morning cos my sister, Madhu and I were gonna head to Tampines for some party supplies-shopping. Know what I realised?

My eyes have turned ugly!

When I was a kid, I had really bright, beautiful eyes. No thin red veins in sight. And a few months ago, they weren't that bad...they still resembled what I had when I was younger. But now, there're so many more veins visible, and they aren't bright and shiny anymore. :-(

Man, I probably sound like a bimbo. Oh wait..I am.

Oh crap, mom's screaming. *rolls eyes*

Y'know, I hate it when ppl go on and on abt how angry they are or can get. I mean, if you're pissed and want to be left alone, or want someone to bitch to abt the situation, sure, I don't mind, and am here to bitch with you. But what really irks me is ppl who keep telling me that when they get 'really really angry', they'll blow up, and 'noone can take it', or how everyone runs away immediately or something. It's just so irritating. Seriously, like I care abt how much you're 'scaring' the others. And yet, they go on and on and ON abt their lack of anger management skills and its consequences. Throwing tantrums doesn't make you a stronger, more powerful person. It's quite the opposite. It displays an evident lack of self-control. Not something to be proud of. So, stop trying to awe ppl by revealing the deficiencies in your character. Bah. IRKSOME.

Aaaanyways.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, RAGANI BABY! :)!!!

Oh, exactly a yr ago, I met Jay for the first time. So, Happy First Meeting Anniversary Thingie, Jay sweetheart! :-D

Lazy old sun
What have you done to summertime?
Hiding away
Behind all those misty thunder clouds
I don't mind
To spend my time
Looking for you
For you are my one reality
When I'm dead and gone
Your light will shine eternally
Sunny rain, shine my way
Kiss me with one ray of light from your lazy old sun

You make the rainbows and you make the night disappear
You melt the frost so I won't criticize my sun

When I was young
My world was three foot, seven inches tall
When you were young
There was no world at all
Sunny rain, shine my way
Kiss me with one ray of light from your lazy old sun

I was listening to some stuff when Madhu got curious abt my choice of music and asked for the headphones. She listened and shook her ass for a few seconds, licked the headphones and handed them back to me with a sweet smile.

*rolls eyes*

Congratulations Dhanya, you are...

Scarlett Ting of joewei.blogspot.com

You are independent, smart and beautiful. Its too bad you don't see that yourself because life's little difficulties brought down a lot of your self confidence. As a result, you talk cryptic and you don't trust people easily. You care a lot for your friends and your loved ones, sometimes even more than you care for yourself, although they don't always seem to appreciate it. Don't let that affect you. As the saying goes, you don't miss the water till the well runs dry. So hang in there, you're a star in the making.

The swamiji post is hanging in the air, isn't it? Well...there isn't really much to say. Rmbr what the astrologer said? It's abt the same, really. A few differences, but the same old stuff, like, I gotta be careful abt making decisions, regardless of importance, and all.

BORING.

Anyways, I put up Aretha Franklin's Respect! *grins crazily shakes abt*

Bah, mom's screaming. Nighty night!

I've been getting lotsa complains about eyes getting burnt by my blogskin. "You're burning my eyes!!" Sound familiar, Ragani? *rolls eyes*

Anyways, so, I'm using my old skin for now. I'll be working on one. It's gonna end up looking like all my other skins, definitely. I stubbornly in love with my layout and boxes!

Lunch time. See ya later, alligator.
